You’re already working with a therapist, dietitian, and/or medical doctor.
You’re looking to connect with others who also struggle with binge eating, embodiment & body image.
You want to be in a group where all bodies & shapes are accepted.
You want to increase your eating competence & self-care skills in a way that feels right for you.
Group Is Not A Great Fit for You if…
You’re just looking for a way to lose weight.
You want to use group as a replacement for therapy, medical nutrition therapy, or medical treatment.*
You don’t believe in the mind-body connection.
You’re not able to make a commitment to group.
How Group Works
We’ll meet weekly via video for 6 weeks, for a total of six, ninety-minute group sessions.
All materials (guides, handouts, worksheets) are included in the cost of the program and will be provided.
Group is highly interactive & participatory.
This is a LIVE group only. If you miss a session, you unfortunately miss a session.
Each group session will have suggested “homework.”
You’ll have unlimited email support.

INTENTION SETTING
– What are you hoping to walk away with/discuss from group today?
GROUP DISCUSSION
– Addressing participants intentions
TEACHING TOPIC
– This will look different each session & will be based upon the needs of group.
(Some examples: Embodiment V body image; vulnerabilities that set us up for binge eating experiences; the importance of regular eating patterns; feelings & food; self-soothing/grounding tools; body cues V thoughts.)
