Are thoughts about what you “should” or “shouldn’t” eat starting to affect how you feel about yourself … But you don’t know what to do about it?
Is your frustration with your body starting to make you “feel crazy,” or is it preventing you from living a life where you feel free, calm, and confident?
Are you tired of feeling uncomfortable in your body (and in your clothes)?
Do you long to exit the exhausting (not working), roller-coaster dieting world for good? But aren’t sure how to do so – and if you’re really honest with yourself – you’re afraid to.
Do you crave being able to live your life feeling free and peaceful – NOT constantly thinking about calories, food rules, your next diet, or the size of your body?
If you answered YES to one or more of these questions, you're in the right place. And I can help.
Hi. I’m Corinne. I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a Masters in Nutrition.
I help clients make peace with food, heal their body image issues, and reconnect with who they are as a WHOLE person.
And, I'd like to invite you to something you likely haven't experienced before...
Introducing my Intuitive Eating & Body Image Healing Support Group.
It's hands-on. It's intimate. It's 10 weeks. And it's a virtual group experience.
Throughout the 10-weeks we'll spend together, you’ll learn tactical tools for real everyday life to help you make peace with food, build a better body image, and start taking care of yourself as a WHOLE person - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
So you can stop obsessing about food and the size of your body and instead, start feeling normal around food, good in your body, and more connected in your life.
By the end of your group experience, you'll walk away thoroughly understanding what Intuitive Eating is, but more importantly how to practice this newfound food freedom in the real world.
You’ll learn how to handle common food struggles with less anxiety and more ease... Think:
The goal here is for you to learn how to nurture your relationship with food, so food becomes something you can enjoy again. And to grow your "self-care tool-box" full of practices - that actually work - to build-inner confidence, self-compassion, and a positive body image.
Sound good to you??
this experience is a great fit for you if:
this experience is NOT for you if:
during our time together you will:
what others have shared about working together...
"This was one of the best things I've done for my mental and physical well-being in the last 5 years. I've been stuck in a pattern of restrictive eating, and have had great difficulty breaking out of it, even with the help of therapists and the desire to do so on my part. And the best part? I'm starting to shift. I can feel it. I AM starting to think about what I can change. What I might WANT to eat, instead of what I think I SHOULD eat. That's a game-changer for me."
~ Ann S, Portland, Oregon
"After decades of dieting, I had a lot of foods that I considered off limits. Corinne showed me how to take back the power of certain foods and how to allow them back in my life in a healthy way. None of the diet plans out there address the issues Corinne does, which explains why most work for a time and then fail when you go “back” to your normal ways. I LOVED my time with Corinne! Our conversations were like food/body image therapy for me! It was a psychological/emotional treat every time we spoke.”
~ Nicole K, San Rafael, California
"You are truly gifted at what you do, and I want you to know that you have touched my life and made it better.”
~ Sue L, Portland, Oregon

here's everything you get
1. How are the group sessions structured?
Each week, our group sessions will be broken into three parts - one Intuitive Eating principle, one body image healing piece, and one thought-work piece. The session will end with a question and answer period. The goal of each session will be for you to gather information, have mindset shifts, and learn new action steps for food and body image healing, so you can apply what you learn here into your everyday life. This is NOT just a download of information. This is a download of actionable practices for you to begin making peace with food and your body. The homework (you'll have homework for each session) will allow you to see this. The homework will also be broken into the same three parts as our group sessions - one Intuitive Eating principle, one body image healing piece, and one thought-work piece.
2. How much time per week will this require?
You'll need 60 minutes for each weekly coaching session, and you'll need, on average, 60 minutes for the homework. There will be homework accompanying each of the 10 group sessions. You'll be emailed the homework after each meeting, along with the recorded video of the class. You're encouraged to share your homework with Corinne, if you choose, given you'll have full email access to her throughout the 10-week program.
3. What if I can't attend one of the sessions?
All group video sessions and homework will be emailed out for you to keep, in case you need to miss a session and so you have all the materials for future reference. Attending the group sessions live is recommended, however.
4. What is the refund policy?
As this is a group with limited capacity, no refunds will be given for a spot taken. If you have questions or concerns if this program is for you, please email Corinne[at]CorinneDobbas[dot]com
5. Is there a facebook group for participants?
There is a facebook group specifically for group participants. You'll be invited to the group once you complete the course for ongoing support.
6. What exactly am I going to learn?
Each group will slightly differ based on the needs of the group; however, there are core elements that will remain consistent throughout each group experience.

7. What if I have a question that isn't answered here?
No problem. Just email me at Corinne[at]CorinneDobbas[dot]com
8. I want to join, but I feel nervous!
I get that. Most of the clients I've worked with over the years feel nervous before working together. Some feel nervous to spend the money. Some feel nervous of "failing." And some just feel nervous because they're about to put themselves outside of their comfort zone. Bottomline: If you feel nervous, that's totally normal and there's nothing wrong with you. Typically, it means you really care. So instead of taking this as a sign not to join, give yourself a minute, take a few deep breaths, and see if this feels like something you want to do - NOT in your head, but in your heart. Because you have the answer inside of you. Trust that. And that trust, should you decide to join the group, will only continue to grow in your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
I hope to see you in the group!

more love notes...
"The scale no longer has power over me! I immediately thought of you and was so thankful for all the work we did together. It was amazing! In all my adult life, I've never been able to look at the number on the scale and not let it control me. I no longer beat myself up over it. I wanted to let you know what a huge impact you have had on me and my view of myself. Transformational! So thank you, thank you, thank you!”
~ Nicole K, Boston, MA
"The only hesitation I had in working with Corinne was whether or not I was ready to take on such extensive reflection. I think that the question of “Am I ready to change?” was my only roadblock. Since working with Corinne, I’ve stopped a yearlong binging cycle in its tracks and while I’ve had “slips” along the way, my bouncing back has been much faster than days past. The most noticeable change has been that I can feel beautiful at any weight. That idea doesn’t resonate every hour of every day, but it certainly has come more frequently since we started working together.
I particularly liked the fact that Corinne shared her knowledge based on personal experience. It’s important to me when working on self-improvement that whoever is coaching me knows what they’re talking about. And I’m not referring to the book knowledge. While I do think academia behind what we work on is key, I tend to give more credibility to the person who “works her own program” so to speak. Corinne helped me see that I was worth it, that I didn’t have to do anything perfectly, and that changing was a gradual thing that doesn’t really ever end.Thank you for showing up for me, Corinne. This has been an incredible foundation-building journey and your patience and advocacy for me have been incredibly humbling.”
