I know, I know. Worksheets may not sound so fun. But, the worksheets that accompany each of the mini-training videos will allow you to give more care and thought to what you're learning, so you can more easily practice the tools you're learning in your real life.

This training is designed to meet you where you're at. Whether you're ready to begin experimenting with some new food and body image tools or whether you're just looking to gather some information and learn more about how to take care of yourself without dieting or food rules, this training will meet you where you are.
1. Who is this mini-training for?
The Food & Body Image Healing Mini-Training is for individuals who would like to learn how to eat more intuitively, flexibly, and normally, and who would like to be kinder to their body and themselves. It's for individuals who have dieted for perhaps years and who would like to stop. It's for people who are on their intuitive eating journey and who need more insight on how to put their learnings into practice. It's for individuals who are starting to work through (and with) their body image issues. And, it'll likely be helpful for individuals who identify with being an "emotional" or "binge" eater.
Quite frankly, this training is for individuals who feel called to do it, and who are ready to begin doing this healing work. And, because transparency is important to me, please note that this training is for educational and self-growth purposes only. Additional, individual support in one's healing journey (from a therapist and/or registered dietitian) will likely be needed. If you're struggling with an eating disorder, this training may provide inspiration, but it's not enough. Please make sure you get the individual help you need from an eating disorder (ED) therapist and dietitian. 2. What exactly am I going to learn?
Over the course of the 5-day mini-training, you'll receive 5 short training videos (approximately 15 minutes or less). Here's the breakdown of what you'll be learning and discovering through your worksheets:
Ultimately, the intention of the training is for you to walk away with some nuggets to help you make a little more peace with food and your body. And, your job is simply to show up where you are, get curious, explore and experiment, and take what works for you and leave what doesn't.

Hi, I'm Corinne
I help clients make peace with food, heal their body image issues, and reconnect with who they are as a WHOLE person. I’m a Body Image Coach, Non-Diet Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
I specialize in helping clients break free from the mental, emotional, and physical toll of chronic dieting, various levels of disordered eating, and body image issues – as well as nutrition and body image healing work in eating disorder recovery.
One of my favorite things about what I do is helping clients FEEL good in their bodies and normal around food. And helping them know it’s never too late to make peace with food and their body – despite whatever they’ve been told or whatever they’ve tried before.

As a Body Image Coach, Non-Diet Dietitian, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, my work centers around intuitive eating, body image work, radical self-care and compassion, the Health at Every Size® (HAES) approach, and the belief that everything you need to heal your food and body image issues is already right there inside of you.
In my work, a healthy relationship with food and your body is NOT about achieving a certain number on the scale. It’s about learning how to listen, connect, and care for your body – and yourself – on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
My job is to help you rediscover your body’s own innate wisdom, so you can start making peace with food, feeling better in your body, and connecting with yourself, as a whole person. Because… YES, this is possible for YOU.
