1. How are the group sessions structured?
Each week, our group sessions will be broken into three parts - one Intuitive Eating principle, one body image healing piece, and one thought-work piece. The session will end with a question and answer period. The goal of each session will be for you to gather information, have mindset shifts, and learn new action steps for food and body image healing, so you can apply what you learn here into your everyday life. This is NOT just a download of information. This is a download of actionable practices for you to begin making peace with food and your body. The homework (you'll have homework for each session) will allow you to see this. The homework will also be broken into the same three parts as our group sessions - one Intuitive Eating principle, one body image healing piece, and one thought-work piece.
2. How much time per week will this require?
You'll need 60 minutes for each weekly coaching session, and you'll need, on average, 60 minutes for the homework. There will be homework accompanying each of the 10 group sessions. You'll be emailed the homework after each meeting, along with the recorded video of the class. You're encouraged to share your homework with Corinne, if you choose, given you'll have full email access to her throughout the 10-week program.
3. What if I can't attend one of the sessions?
All group video sessions and homework will be emailed out for you to keep, in case you need to miss a session and so you have all the materials for future reference. Attending the group sessions live is recommended, however.
4. What is the refund policy?

5. Is there a facebook group for participants?
There is a facebook group specifically for group participants. You'll be invited to the group once you complete the course for ongoing support.
6. What exactly am I going to learn?
Each group will slightly differ based on the needs of the group; however, there are core elements that will remain consistent throughout each group experience.

8. I want to join, but I feel nervous!
I get that. Most of the clients I've worked with over the years feel nervous before working together. Some feel nervous to spend the money. Some feel nervous of "failing." And some just feel nervous because they're about to put themselves outside of their comfort zone. Bottomline: If you feel nervous, that's totally normal and there's nothing wrong with you. Typically, it means you really care. So instead of taking this as a sign not to join, give yourself a minute, take a few deep breaths, and see if this feels like something you want to do - NOT in your head, but in your heart. Because you have the answer inside of you. Trust that. And that trust, should you decide to join the group, will only continue to grow in your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.

About Your Guide
Corinne Dobbas, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She helps clients make peace with food, heal their body image issues and reconnect with who they are as a whole person. She takes an intuitive eating, non-diet, Health at Every Size® (HAES) approach to nutrition and health, helping her clients redefine what health means to them mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Corinne graduated cum laude from Boston University’s Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and completed her dietetic training at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. She received a Masters of Science in Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. Further professional coach training was through the completion of Wellcoaches Core Coach Training Program and The Original Intuitive Eating Pros® certification process to became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. Adding to her unique background, Corinne completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through h3 Yoga in Marin County, California.
Today, Corinne resides right outside the Golden Gate with her husband, dogs, cat, and little girl.
