Hi. I’m Corinne. I’m a Non-Diet, Weight-Inclusive Registered Dietitian, and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with a Masters in Nutrition.
I help clients make peace with food, heal their body image issues, and reconnect with who they are as a WHOLE person. I specialize in helping clients break free from the mental, emotional, and physical toll of chronic dieting, various levels of disordered eating, and body image issues – as well as nutrition and body image healing work in eating disorder recovery.

My Intuitive Eating & Body Image Healing Support Group is hands-on, interactive and intimate, and it's 10 weeks. It's also a virtual group experience over video.
Throughout the 10 weeks we'll spend together, you’ll learn tactical tools for real everyday life to help you make peace with food, build a better body image, and start taking care of yourself as a WHOLE person - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
The goal of the group is to help you feel more normal around food, connected with your body, and to experience more thoughts in your everyday life that have nothing to do with your food choices or the size of your body. And, most importantly, to feel less alone.
By the end of your group experience, you'll walk away with a better understanding of what Intuitive Eating is, but more importantly how to practice this newfound food freedom in the real world.
You’ll learn how to handle common food and body image struggles with less anxiety and more ease... Think:
The goal in group is for you to learn how to make peace with food, so food becomes something you can enjoy again. And to grow your "self-care toolbox" full of practices - that actually work - to build-inner confidence, self-compassion, and a more positive body image. 1. How are the group sessions structured?
Each week, we'll start group with a check-in from members. What have you discovered in your food and body image healing journey, since our last meeting? What's going well? What are your wins? And what are areas you'd like support in? After group check-in (about 30 minutes), we'll move onto the session's topic, an Intuitive Eating Principle and body image healing piece (about 30 minutes), and we'll conclude with group discussion and individual takeaways from session (about 30 minutes).
2. How much time per week will this require?
You'll need 90 minutes for each weekly coaching session, and you'll need, on average, 60 minutes for the "homework." There will be suggested homework accompanying each of the 10 group sessions. Homework may be a worksheet, journal exercise, suggested reading, and/or a new food and body image healing tool to experiment with.
3. What if I can't attend one of the sessions?
Unfortunately, all group sessions are conducted live to keep the group feeling like a group and to keep group members showing up in real time. I've led groups where sessions were recorded and emailed out. However, that made it easier for individuals to not show up for group and then overtime, feel less connected to group and ultimately, not have the group experience they signed up for. If you can't attend one of the sessions, then you can't attend one of the sessions. However, bief session wrap-up notes and things to work on between now and our next session will be emailed out after each group session, which will help, if you can't attend one of the sessions in your 10-week experience.
4. What is the refund policy?

5. What if I just want to come to a few sessions, and I can't do the whole 10-week program?
Unfortunately, this group isn't set up to attend only a few sessions here or there for my own time and energy purposes, but also for yours. With the commitment and week-by-week sessions, you're much more likely to feel movement forward in your healing process. Hi, I'm Corinne. I help clients make peace with food, heal their body image issues, and reconnect with who they are as a WHOLE person. I’m a Non-Diet, Weight-Inclusive Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition, and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
I specialize in helping clients break free from the mental, emotional, and physical toll of chronic dieting, various levels of disordered eating, and body image issues – as well as nutrition and body image healing work in eating disorder recovery.
One of my favorite things about what I do is helping clients FEEL good in their bodies and normal around food. And helping them know it’s never too late to make peace with food and their body – despite whatever they’ve been told or whatever they’ve tried before.

As a Non-Diet, Weight-Inclusive Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, my work centers around intuitive eating, body image work, radical self-care and compassion, the Health at Every Size® (HAES) approach, and the belief that everything you need to heal your food and body image issues is already right there inside of you – not lurking in another diet, detox, wellness guru, or “lifestyle” program.
In my work, a healthy relationship with food and your body is NOT about achieving a certain number on the scale. It’s about learning how to listen, connect, and care for your body – and yourself – on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
