Nutrition counseling for a healthy relationship with food, mind, and body.

If you’re exhausted by constant food and body image thoughts, and you crave being able to live your life feeling free and peaceful – NOT constantly thinking about dieting, food rules, or the size of your body, I can help.

Corinne Dobbas

Hi, I’m Corinne.

I’m a non-diet Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I help clients make peace with food, heal their body image issues, and reconnect with who they are as a WHOLE person. I specialize in helping clients break free from the mental, emotional, and physical toll of chronic dieting, various levels of disordered eating, eating disorder recovery, and body image issues.

If you’ve made the brave decision to start making peace with food and your body, I encourage you to take a look around and see what (if any) method of working together feels right to you. I work with clients virtually in three different ways: individually, through group coaching, and via my online, self-paced training program, Ditch the Diet. Get MORE.

Please reach out with any questions or to help determine the best method of working together. Because you can find freedom with food, feel better in your body, and be empowered in your life.

After decades of dieting, I had a lot of foods that I considered off limits. Corinne showed me how to take back the power of certain foods and how to allow them back in my life in a healthy way. None of the diet plans out there address the issues Corinne does, which explains why most work for a time and then fail when you go ‘back’ to your normal ways. I LOVED my time with Corinne! Our conversations were like food/body image therapy for me! It was a psychological/emotional treat every time we spoke.”

As someone who has been there done that with diets, I knew restrictive diets made me rebel and binge. I cannot even begin to list all the changes I’ve noticed since working with Corinne. I have never felt so strong and secure in my own body, and I give her so much credit for that change. I absolutely would recommend her. I am 100% certain that I would have never achieved my breakthroughs without Corinne’s guidance. Corinne’s genuine compassion paired with her wealth of knowledge and experience is just what I needed after everything else had failed me far too many times. She connected the dots between nutrition, emotion, and confidence to achieve my success.”

Nutrition Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching

Recovery takes a village, but not just any village. A village of people who you trust and in my opinion, who you genuinely like. I’d be honored to be one of those people. In Nutrition Recovery Coaching, I work virtually with individuals who are dedicated to their healing process and who do not have an active eating disorder, but who still need support around food, nutrition, and/or body image issues.

The only hesitation I had in working with Corinne was whether or not I was ready to take on such extensive reflection. I think that the question of “Am I ready to change?” was my only roadblock. Since working with Corinne, I’ve stopped a yearlong binging cycle in its tracks and while I’ve had “slips” along the way, my bouncing back has been much faster than days past. The most noticeable change has been that I can feel beautiful at any weight. That idea doesn’t resonate every hour of every day, but it certainly has come more frequently since we started working together. Corinne helped me see that I was worth it, that I didn’t have to do anything perfectly, and that changing was a gradual thing that doesn’t really ever end. Thank you for showing up for me, Corinne. This has been an incredible foundation-building journey and your patience and advocacy for me have been incredibly humbling.”

As I was knee-deep in flour doing my Christmas baking this weekend (one of my favorite holiday traditions), I realized that this is the first year in many years that I don’t have a weight or food-focused New Year’s resolution looming on the horizon. I’m not eating ALL-THE-COOKIES knowing that come January 1st I’ll be cutting myself off from all sugar. It is strange and foreign to me not to be having those anxious thoughts. I’m not stressed about holiday gatherings or how much weight I might gain. I’m not worried about picking my next diet and writing out my mile-long grocery list of ‘healthy’ foods. I have so much free brain space right now! I’m finding myself enjoying the holiday traditions and appreciating my family. I even got a little crafty last night. (You’ll have to peek at the cute DIY Mini Letter Board Ornament I made for my Christmas tree on Instagram.) I’m loving this new mindset. Thank you so much for showing me there is another way, Corinne!”
