Hi, I’m Corinne.
I’m a non-diet Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I help clients make peace with food, heal their body image issues, and reconnect with who they are as a WHOLE person. I specialize in helping clients break free from the mental, emotional, and physical toll of chronic dieting, various levels of disordered eating, and body image issues.

Ditch the Diet. Get MORE is a 16-week online training program designed to help you feel more confident in your body, normal around food, and empowered in your life. In this course, you will discover how to take back your power from food, eat what you want without guilt, accept and respect your body, and have better, deeper relationships in your life, including the one with yourself. This course embodies intuitive eating principles, the Health at Every Size® (HAES) perspective, body image healing, personal growth, and mindset work for handling food and body image challenges.
Intuitive Eating & Body Image Healing Virtual Group Coaching
Discover food freedom and body image healing in this hands-on, intimate group experience. You’ll walk away thoroughly understanding what Intuitive Eating is, but more importantly how to practice this newfound food freedom in your everyday life. You’ll also learn how to handle common food struggles with less anxiety and more ease. Practices to build-inner confidence, self-compassion, and a healthy body image will be intertwined throughout all group sessions.
